This is the official wiki for Splatoon development, unused and debug content by the SDL Foundation, a group dedicated to reverse-engineering, decompiling and researching the game. Additionally, this wiki contains historical information about the game's development.

Debug Content

Content that was only intended for use by the developers of the game to troubleshoot it.

Unused Content

Content that was added to the game but not usable without modifications to enable.

Scrapped Content

Content that was either planned to be added or was added and removed in a later version.

Prototype Content

Early versions of in-game content.

Development Content

Content that was quickly replaced due to being in development, usually placeholder content.

Version History

Patch notes of revisions of the game as well as changes that were not documented in Nintendo's official update history.
